Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Abol app ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept all of these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you possess the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by all of its terms and conditions.

3. Community Rules (Code of Conduct)

Abol is a place for genuine connections. We have zero tolerance for content or behavior that violates these rules. We reserve the right to ban any account without refund or notice.

You agree NOT to:

• Harass or Bully: Intimidate, stalk, defame, or otherwise harass any person.
• Post Explicit Content: Upload images or text containing nudity, sexual acts, or pornography.
• Hate Speech: Post content that promotes racism, bigotry, hatred, or physical harm against any group or individual.
• Spam or Scams: Solicit money, promote commercial services, or distribute spam.
• Impersonate: Create a fake profile or impersonate another person.
• Illegal Activity: Use the Service for any illegal purpose, including drug sales or prostitution.

YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER USERS.

• No Background Checks: We do not conduct criminal background checks on our users.
• Offline Meetings: Use caution when meeting users in person. Meet in public places and tell a friend where you are going.
• Release: You hereby release Abol and its successors from all claims, demands, losses, damages, rights, and actions of any kind, including personal injuries, death, and property damage, that are either directly or indirectly related to or arise from your interactions with other users.

6. Purchases and Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription or premium features, you will be charged through your App Store (Apple) or Google Play account. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not guarantee any specific number of matches or dates.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Abol, its affiliates, officers, or employees be liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising from your use of the service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Abol harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Service in violation of this Agreement.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
